• CUSTOM PRODUCTS

 All custom canvas orders are made specifically for each customer. Please make sure all uploaded photos are clear and high quality before submitting your order.

• ORDER PROCESSING

Orders typically take 3–7 business days to process before shipping. Custom orders may take additional time depending on design requests.

•  RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the personalized nature of custom canvas prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

• SHIPPING

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided.

• CUSTOMER IMAGES

By uploading images, you confirm that you own the rights to the content or have permission to use it. We do not take responsibility for copyrighted images submitted by customers.

• PRODUCT COLORS

Actual print colors may vary slightly depending on monitor settings and lighting.
